Sunday, June 25th - 10:30-11:00AM - Parent Coffee Talk
Summer is such a great time to refresh and fill the tank.  It's a great time to create new and healthy rhythms as a family that are life giving and character building.  There is no better rhythm than serving as a family.  Join us for a lively conversation and cup 'o joe.  Finding opportunities for kids to serve is one of the best ways we can help kids develop a faith of their own.  No need to register or RSVP, just attend.  But don't be late or you just might miss it!

We want to be present for the significant moments in our child's life. One of those milestones is believers Baptism. Our next SummitKids Baptism class will be held on Sunday, July 9th at 8:00AM

This is a class for 1st-5th graders and their PARENTS covering the topic of Baptism.

Come to an event that will instruct our elementary aged children on what Baptism is and will equip parents to discern whether or not their child is ready for Baptism.

Family homework and a one-on-one with the Children's Pastor will follow this class leading towards Baptism.

OUR MISSION:

TO MAKE DISCIPLES FOR THE GLORY OF GOD.

Our STRATEGY:

We will partner with families in the discipleship of their children by providing environments, curriculum and resources that center on the gospel and teach the nature and character of God.

PRESCHOOL

(Birth to Kindergarten)

Learning who we are...

We provide a warm environment with lots of exploring time, music, hugs, and smiles. Our goal is to create an environment in which they can discover that God made them, how much He loves them, and that He has something special planned for them. During this time we want them to get to know God and give them the opportunity to experience God’s love and forgiveness.

ELEMENTARY

(1st to 5th Grade)

Applying what we know...

This is an ideal age to teach children about salvation. They tend to be very open to learning about God and the Bible and can comprehend the importance of salvation. They are also sensitive to the Holy Spirit’s promptings. Our goal is to lay the foundation on which they will understand what it means to “walk with God and be like Jesus”. During this time we want them to begin to build a life-long friendship and relationship with God, strong enough to withstand the trials of our world and transforming them into a disciple of Christ.

Special Needs:

If you have a child with special needs, we would love to partner with you in ministering to your child. Please email Matt Oberdick about our Buddy system for your child.

Checking in your child:

We strongly encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your desired service time. You will sign them in at the Kid's Check-In booth in the lobby. You will then walk your kid(s) to their classroom and drop them off with one of our trained Children's Ministry Leaders. If you’re visiting for the first time, one of our check-in team members will assist you. They will walk you back to your kid(s) classroom.
